The senior boy’s volleyball team showed a lot of character last night by coming back to beat St. Ignatius in 5 sets, winning 15-11 in the 5th. They now advance to the semi finals playing St. Pats on Thursday.

There will be a photo taken during period 2 on Tuesday, October 30 during period 2. This photo commemorates SWC’s 40th anniversary and will include all available students and staff. Please wear maroon and gray or school spirit clothing. The picture will be taken outdoors (between the gym and the track) so dress appropriately for the weather. This photo will also be the inside cover of your yearbook.

All students that are interested in the military co-op which will run semester 2 in the afternoon please see Ms. Lower, Mr. Doromko or Mr. Drcar.

There will be an introductory Debate Club meeting Thursday, October 25 at lunch in Room 304. Newcomers and experienced debaters are welcome! If you cannot attend the meeting but are interested, see Ms. Pratt or Mrs. Cambly.

On Thursday, October 18, there will be a yearbook training session during periods 4 and 5 in the Library Seminar Room for all interested in creating pages and working on the yearbook layout this year. Be sure to speak with your teachers in advance.

There will also be a meeting on Thursday, October 18 at lunch for all Yearbook Photographers in the Library Seminar Room.

Just a reminder that there will be a drama club meeting on Friday in room 404 at lunch.
Practice dates and times will be discussed.

Parents teacher interviews will be held October 11th from 3:30 to 8:00 pm,
so make sure you get your form from your home-room teacher.

Also, school will be let out early at 2:00 pm to make time for the interviews.
